Session Location

Sessions are shot at the location of your choice. For example, your child’s first birthday, a family trip for ice cream, or your backyard. It is important to pick a location where you and your family are comfortable so you will enjoy the experience. Jennifer can also suggest locations that are appropriate. *Extra travel fees apply to locations further than 45 miles from Middletown, CT.

Consultation

Before each session, I prefer to have a consultation to get a feel for the personalities of you and your family. During the consultation you will discuss the appropriate location, the details of the shoot, and the date and time the session will be held. Jennifer welcomes your ideas so you can get the most out of your session.

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remainder of your balance is due on the day of your a session along with a completed contract. *Cancellations due to sickness or weather will gladly be rescheduled. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.

Ordering

Your proofs will be presented in an online proof gallery two weeks after your session. You will have 4 weeks to view and order your images. Orders can be done via email or phone. Once your 4 week viewing period is over, the online proof gallery will be removed. Your images will be retained for 6 months from your session date.
